Power in Expression.

At Power in Expression, we believe in empowering creators to share their voice. We do not claim ownership or rights to any poem, short story, or video submitted by our users; each creator retains full and exclusive ownership and copyright to their work and holds sole responsibility for posting and removing their submissions at will. We serve as a venue for connecting creators with readers, not as a holder of rights or interests in user content. Each writer may publish up to two poems and two short stories free of charge; beyond that, a Full Access subscription ($12/year) is required for unlimited posting, uploads, and shop listings. A free 24-hour trial gives read-only access to the full archive; to keep it fair, the trial is limited to one per person (tracked by email, name, and phone number). These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States; where any provision is held unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, it shall be limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable there, and the remainder remains in full force. By submitting work, creators acknowledge responsibility for their own content and agree to hold Power in Expression harmless from claims related to user-generated content. Read the full Terms of Use.
